Ingredients

  1. For dal
  2. 1 cupDal mong
  3. 1 cupDal masor
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder

  7. 1 and half teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. 4 spoonOil
  9. 1 spoonZeera
  10. 4Gol lal mirch
  11. 4Garlic
  12. For rice
  13. half teaspoonZeera
  14. 1 teaspoonAdrak lehson paste
  15. 4-5Green chilli
  16. Garam masala
  17. Half kg rice
  18. 2 tablespoonOil
  19. Salt to taste
  20. 1Onion

Cooking Instructions

    FOR RICE.

    Heat the oil tarka for zera.sabut gram masala and onion for fry pinkish golden

    And ginger garlic paste and green chilli put in down and fry 2 second

    Drain the rice water and put in the pan and salt mix them put in the water

    Dam the rice for 10 minute

    Wash both dal or put in the pan and water

    Red chilli. Turmeric. Coriander salt ginger garlic paste put in the dal

    Dal is tender make gravy for your requirements

    Ready to tarka for dal

    Green chilli and green coriander leaves for garnish the dal
