Cooking Instructions

Mix all seeds. Clean and wash several times as long as get transparent water. Soak 8-9 hrs or overnight.

Deacnt soaked water. Take fresh water,dal and turmeric powder. Pressure cook for 5 whistles. Allow to cool naturally.

Heat ghee in wok. Add cumin seeds and let spluttet. Add whole garam masals and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Further add chopped onion, bay leaf and saute till onions are transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and cook on low flame. Mix the red chili powder and mix well.

Take chopped tomatoes and salt and cook till soft. Mix the cooked dal and 2 cups water. Bring a boil.

Add 2 Tbsp cream and and 1/2 tsp crushed kasoori methi. Cook for 7-8 minutes.

Bring down. Several hot with zeera rice /parathas.
