Cooking Instructions

Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Dice both the red and green cabbage into thin strips. Strain or pat dry with a clean kitchen towel so the coleslaw isnt watery. Grate the carrots by holding it lengthwise while shredding to attain long strips. Dice the cucumber into small cubes.

To make the dressing. In a clean bowl, add mayonnaise, sugar, black pepper,

Add a pinch of salt, parsley flakes, lemon juice and milk.

Mix thoroughly to combine. Combine all the veggies in a large mixing bowl and add the dressing.

Mix together to a attain a rich and creamy coleslaw. Serve and enjoy😋

For a healthier option, feel free to replace the sugar with honey and the mayonnaise with Greek yoghurt. You could add eggs, sweet corn, peas and sweet peppers. It all depends on your preference.
