Ingredients

20 minutes

  1. 1 cupfenugreek leaves finally chopped
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 tbspcoriander mint leaves garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspcarom seeds
  5. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  6. Pinchasafoetida
  7. 3 tbspcurd
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tbspjeggery
  10. 1 tbspgreen chilies and ginger paste
  11. 2 tbspfinely chopped green garlic
  12. as needed water
  13. 1/4 cup ghee
  14. as needed oil
  15. 1 tspturmeric powder
  16. 1 tsppickle masala with oil

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Together all ingredients,wash& finally chopped methi leaves,add in a big bowl all ingredients (not wheat flour)mix all properly,rest for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes mix with the help of spoon,add flour if required add water,make dough,apply 1 tsp oil on it knead cover rest for 5 minutes.after 5 minutes knead it again & prepare small balls.

    Roll it like chapati,cook on both sides applying oil.

    Apply ghee on paratha.

    Serve with green chutney,mango pickle,curd,milk.Your choice.
