Ingredients

  1. 4 cupssoaked Rice
  2. 1/2 cupcooked rice
  3. Ginger and garlic
  4. Yeast
  5. 1 tbspBaking powder
  6. 1Egg
  7. Oil
  8. Sugar and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and soak it in enough water for 8 hours or overnight.

    Rinse the rice, add cooked rice, small ginger, garlic and blend with small water until a smooth paste is achieved.

    Add yeast to the paste and keep in warm place to ferment. Add egg mix well add baking powder, sugar and salt, mix well then heat your masa pan on moderate heat. Brush with oil and scoop the batter/paste and cook. Flip the other side and cook again..

    Serve with soup of choice or enjoy with sugar/honey.
