Ingredients

  1. 2 packetsnoodles
  2. 1 nosSliced onion
  3. 1Sliced capsicum
  4. 1Sliced carrots
  5. 1 tspGarlic
  6. 2Chopped chillies
  7. as requriedSpring onion
  8. 1/2 tspChopped ginger
  9. 1 tspSoya sauce
  10. 2-2 tspSchezwan sauce,tomato sauce
  11. 2 tbspVinegar
  12. as requriedOil
  13. as per tastePepper powder
  14. as per tasteSalt
  15. 8 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large vessel take 8 cup water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt.

    Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 pack noodles.

  3. 3

    Stir and boil for 3 minutes or until the noodles turn al dente. refer package instructions to know the cooking time.

    Drain off the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. keep aside.

    In a large wok heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 clove garlic, 1 chilli, 2 inch ginger and 2 tbsp spring onion.stir fry on high flame

    Now add  onion, capsicum, cabbage, carrot. stir fry until the vegetables shrink slightly.

    Further add shaswan sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper powder.stir fry until the sauces well combine.

    Now add boiled noodles, 2 tbsp vinegar and stir fry.

    Finally, enjoy shaswan hakka noodles hot.
