After pizza this is my second most liked dish. I don't use onion and garlic to make this as I am adding milk to make this.
Cooking Instructions

Take butter in the pan. Add chopped capsicum and sweet corn. Add White pepper powder and salt. Saute for some time.

Add cooked rice, cheese, and milk. Mix it well. Cook on low flame. Let it cook for some time.

Continue to cook. Once cheese dissolves and rice becomes sticky, serve immediately. Young children love this dish.
