Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  1. 2 tbspsalted butter
  2. 1/2capsicum chopped
  3. 1/2 cupsweet corn
  4. 1 tbsp white pepper powder
  5. 1/2 cupCheddar cheese
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 2 cupsleft over rice

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take butter in the pan. Add chopped capsicum and sweet corn. Add White pepper powder and salt. Saute for some time.

    Add cooked rice, cheese, and milk. Mix it well. Cook on low flame. Let it cook for some time.

  3. 3

    Continue to cook. Once cheese dissolves and rice becomes sticky, serve immediately. Young children love this dish.
