To make kofta. Squeeze out water from lauki. Put in a bowl. Add all the ingredients except oil mix and make balls heat oil in a pan and fry them at medium heat. Keep aside.

To make gravy. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add onion cook till pink in color. add chopped tomatoes and all masala cook till tomatoes get soft add 1 cup water cook till little thick.

Now take serving bowl put kofta on top of hot gravy and serve with chapati.
