  1. 100 gmsAll purpose flour
  2. 50 gmsButter
  3. 100 gmsGranulated Sugar
  4. 1 tspBaking Powder
  5. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  6. 1 cupMilk
  7. As per your choice Chopped Dry fruits
  8. 1 tbspVanilla Essence
  9. 1Egg

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp baking soda.Mix together well.

    Take a bowl and put 50 gms Butter.

    Add 100 gm Granulated Sugar and beat it.

  4. 4

    Add 1 egg and beat it again.

  5. 5

    Mix All dry ingredients and add 1 cup of Milk.

    Add 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence and fold it with spatula.

  7. 7

    Mix all chopped dry fruits and fold it.

    Take cake mould and fill up half of the mould.

  9. 9

    Bake it for 16-18 mins in convection mode on 180°C.

  10. 10

    Serve it.
