  1. 1 kgcoriander
  2. 200 gmsshing dana
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 5 spoonsJeera
  5. 5 spoonsSugar
  6. 100 gmsGreen chillies
  7. 1 cupLemon juice

    Wash and cut green chili and coriander. Wash properly and keep aside. Keep ready lemon juice.

    Now add all ingredients to the mixer jar in a small amount. Grind it and remove it in a big vessel.

    When you crushed them add lemon at the same time for the lovely color of chutney.

    You can increase or decrease all ingredients as per your taste.
    Packed in a small dabbas or ziplock bags. It has almost 4 months of life minimum.
