Ingredients

  1. 150 GMPaneer
  2. 1capsicum chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1bay leaf
  5. 2-3Kashmiri mirch dry
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1 cupTomato purée
  9. 1 tbsproasted peanut powder
  10. 1.5 tbspCoriander seed
  11. 1clove
  12. 1/2 tspMustard seed
  13. 1 tspCumin seed
  14. 1 tspCumin coriander powder
  15. 1/2 tspGinger powder(sunth)
  16. 1 pinchkasuri methi optional
  17. 1star Anise
  18. as per tastesalt
  19. as needed coriander for garnishing optional

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast coriander seed, 2 chilles, pepper and clove and grind it.

    In 1/2 tsp oil toss the capsicum and Paneer.

  3. 3

    Heat the remaining oil, add mustard seed and cumin when it started cracking add star anise, chilles and bay leaf.

    Now add tomato purée, peanut powder, grinde spices, ginger powder, cumin coriander powder and cook it for 2-3 mins. Add salt and kasoori methi.

    Now add tossed paneer capsicum and leftover Chenna water(water of paneer) or if it’s ready made paneer then add normal water. Cook it for 2-3 mins. And curry is ready to serve.
