    Take atta, besan And ghee as shown in the pic in the same measurement cup.

    Now take a wide thick bottom Kadai and add about 2 to 3 tsp ghee from the ghee which we have measured and kept aside. medium-low flame till it changes its color about 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add sugar 250 gm

  4. 4

    10 minutes medium low flame till it cook
