I follow the recipe of Saba Butt, Yakhni Pulao it's so Yummie,
Then I make my creation Beef Shami Kabab, Jo ke banaye pulao ki botiyon ke😆
And it was memorable day, We go to grinder the mince or light chali gayi🙄 then we make the mince on grindstone grinder, or pher mere to bas hath he sath chor gaye☹️ but actually it was amazing and awesome experience 😍

Ingredients

  1. 250 gBotiyan
  2. 125 gGram Lentil
  3. 7Red Chillies Pods
  4. 10Black Peppercorns
  5. 1 PieceCinnamon
  6. 8 ClovesGarlic
  7. Salt As taste
  8. 4Green Chillies
  9. 1Ginger (Julienned)
  10. 2medium Onion Chopped
  11. Half BunchCoriander Leaves (Chopped)
  12. Half BunchMint Leaves (Chopped)
  13. 2Eggs
  14. Oil To Fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pot add 5 cup water then add Botiyan,gram lentils, garlic, cinnamon,red chilli, black peppercorns, ginger Julienned and salt, Boil mixture on medium heat until the botiyan becomes tender, After boiled the mixture remove from heat.

    Grind the mixture on hand grindstone with help of hand, then it turns the soft form,

    Mix the all chopped ingredients, onion, coriander leaves, and mint leaves,green chillies, together.add the eggs and knead well,

    Break off 1 tablespoon of the mince paste, wet your palm and place it in the center of your palm, then Shape it into a smooth ball.

    Indent the center with your thumb and press a little of the stuffing mixture into this. Fold the sides over carefully and reshape into a smooth half flat round shape.,

    Heat a frying pan and add just enough oil to cover the surface. Add 7 to 8 kababs at a time and fry on low heat to a crisp golden color on both sides,

    Yummie Shami kabab Ready to Eat Serve with chutney or ketchup,
