Ingredients

  1. 1cupDry prawns-
  2. 1cupChopped onions-
  3. 1cupChopped tomatoes-
  4. 1/2cupChopped coriander-
  5. 1/3 tspGaram masala-
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. as requiredOil
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric-
  9. 2 tbsp Red chilli-
  10. 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in a pan

    Add chopped onions and sauté it well till it turn the colour

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Mix well add dry prawns which you washed it well before cooking

  5. 5

    Add turmeric

  6. 6

    Add red chilli powder

  7. 7

    Mix well

  8. 8

    Add tomatoes and mix well and let it cook for 10mints till tomatoes turn soft

  9. 9

    Add garam masala powder &salt

  10. 10

    Lastly add fresh chopped coriander and serve it with rice

  11. 11

    Yummy your dry prawns curry is ready
