Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmoong dhuli dal
  2. as requiredWater for soaking
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds
  7. 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  8. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  9. 1onion chopped
  10. 2Green chilli chopped
  11. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  12. as per needCooking Oil for deep frying
  13. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak moong Daal overnight and then remove the water and Grind it to a smooth paste.

    Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix all the masala ingredients in it.

    Heat oil in a wok. Add 1-1 tb spoon batter in oil. 6-8 bhaji as can be fried at a time. Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden pink.

    Transfer it in a plate and serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
