Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 cuppuffed rice
  2. 2 tbsppeanut
  3. 2 tbsproasted chana
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 2boiled potato cut into cubes
  7. 4 tbspsev
  8. 8-10papri sev
  9. 2 tbspgreen chutney
  10. 2 tbspsweet chutney
  11. 2 tspchaat masala
  12. 2green chilli chopped
  13. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  14. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  15. As neededSalt and oil
  16. As requiredFew drop lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil. Add peanut. Cook on low flame for two minutes. Add puffed rice. Cook on medium flame until it become crunchy.

    Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add roasted chana. Cook for 1-2 minutes then switch the flame off.

    In a large bowl put the puffed rice. Add sev. Make small pieces of papri sev, then add to the mixture.

    Add boiled potato, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and chat masala.

    Add green chutney and sweet chutney. Mix well. Add lemon juice and mix. Transfer the bhel in serving plate.
