In a pan heat oil. Add peanut. Cook on low flame for two minutes. Add puffed rice. Cook on medium flame until it become crunchy.

Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add roasted chana. Cook for 1-2 minutes then switch the flame off.

In a large bowl put the puffed rice. Add sev. Make small pieces of papri sev, then add to the mixture.

Add boiled potato, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and chat masala.

Add green chutney and sweet chutney. Mix well. Add lemon juice and mix. Transfer the bhel in serving plate.
