Mix Yellow Soup, or you can call itu as Soto, Coto, Lesah or Laksamana). Commonly we prepare some meats, chicken or seafood to enriche the taste of this food. Actually you are free to mix the ingredient inside.
Just make combination between karbo and protein also fat. You can add some karbo : Mie, Vermicelli, Italian pasta or Rice.
For Protein, there many optional : Meat, Chicken, Egg, Tofu, Seafood
Vegetables : Papaya, Cartot, Redish, or Casava Leaves, Spinacs or the others.
Today I am cooking this menu full ingredients such as Vermicelli, Tofu, Meat Ball, Seafood, Grated Young Papayas and Carrot.
Don't think linear to follow a recipe, but please make a development base on one recipe.

  1. 1/2 pakWhite Vermicelli
  2. 1 pcTofu
  3. 1 pcFish Roll
  4. 2 pcsBaso Meat Balls
  5. 1 pcCarrot
  6. 25grams Grated Young Papaya
  7. 2 pcsGarlic
  8. 4 pcsShallots
  9. 2 pcsRed Chile
  10. 2 pcsGreen Chile
  11. 1 pcRed Jumbo Chile
  12. 1 pcRed Hot Chili Pepper
  13. 3 pcsCandlenuts
  14. 10 pcsPepper seed
  15. 10 pcsCorriander seed
  16. 1/2little finger of Ginger
  17. 1/2little finger of Curcumin
  18. 1Finger of Galangal Lengkuas
  19. 2 pcsLime Leaves
  20. 2 pcsBayleaves
  21. 2 pcLemongrass
  22. 1 sliceCinnamon

Cara Membuat

    Prepare all ingredient and seadoning. Wash, Peel and Cut in your own style

    Grind all Pepper, Corriander and Cundlenuts to be a good pasta as well.

    Bit and break the other seasoning such as garlic, shallots, Ginger, Galangal, Curcumin etc

    Just slice all the chilies

    Prepare your pan, took one spoon of margarin, let it be melted

    Saute first the seasoning pasta until you get a good smelt. Then add the other ingredient. Mix them as well. Add around twoo liters water to care your seasoning. Add all Baso, Tofu, Carrot also fish roll. Let them for a while until the soup boiling. Keep some minute.

    Add one egg and simmer it as well

    Take out the pan from your stove. And finally add all the vermicelli, mix well.

    Share into three or cups depend on

    For toping you can add fried garlic, fried shallots, green sambal, red sambal, ketchup, slice of lemon, chili sausace and tomatoes sausace. Free!!!
