  1. 500 gmTurai
  2. 1/4 cupoil
  3. 1onion (medium sized)
  4. 1tomato
  5. 2-3green chilli
  6. 3-4button chilli
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. Salt to taste
  9. crushed red chilli to taste
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Oil mein piyaz, zeera aur laal mirch dalen.

    Piyaz golden brown ho jae to turai dalen.

  3. 3

    Turai mein tamatar, namak, mirch aur haldi daal ke bhone aur pani khushk hone tak pakayen.

    Akhir mein green chilli kaat ke daal dain aur 2 minutes ke liye dam pe rakh dain. Roti ke sath serve karen.
