Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 300 gmsPaneer
  2. 2 Tablespoonsoil
  3. 3 tablespooncornstarch
  4. 1medium size onion
  5. 3-4 clovesgarlic
  6. 6Green chillies
  7. 3Capsicum medium sized
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 2 tablespoonsSoya sauce
  10. 1 pinchAjinomo

Cooking Instructions

    Cut paneer into diamond shaped medium sized pieces.Heat sufficient oil in a wok,roll the paneer pieces in one tablespoon cornstarch and deep fry on medium heat until the edges start to turn brown.Remove and drain onto an absorbent pepper.

    Blend remaining corn starch in half cup of water.

    Peel wash onion halve and cut into thick slices. Peel and crush garlic.Wash, remove stem and slice green chillies.wash halve,dressed and cut capsicums into thick strips.

    Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok,add garlic and stir fry for a minutes.

    Add paneer and stir in the cornstarch mixture.Add salt, soy sauce, ajinomoto and mix well.

    Add blended cornstarch and cook on high heat and toasting until the sauce thickens.Serve hot immediately.
