Ingredients

  1. 1 litrefull fat milk
  2. 1/2 cupmilk cream
  3. 2 tbspmilk powder
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. as required Finely chopped nuts Cashew, Almonds and Pistachio, kesar strings
  6. 1 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add milk and also blend Milk cream together and blend them

  2. 2

    Start the flame and boil them for around 10-12mins

  3. 3

    Take Milk powder and 1/4 cup milk and mix them well, chopped the nuts and take Cardamom powder few kesar strings too in the milk powder mixture

    Now add the milk powder mixture and nuts altogether and boil them 5/7 minutes

    It will start thickend and now add sugar to them and again give nice boi for around 5-7mins

    The texture is now very good and let it cool down for 5-7mins next pour them into the moulds which you like

    Now garnish them with some chopped pistachio, now cover them with transparent polythene or foil and deep freeze family.8 hours. They are ready and you can enjoy them on this lovely occasion with your lovely family
