  1. 300 gmboneless chicken cubes
  2. 1onion
  3. 1capsicum
  4. 1tomato
  5. Marination
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tbspvinegar
  8. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  9. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  10. 1/2 tspcrush red chilli
  11. 1/4 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tspchicken powder
  13. 2 tbspcornflour
  14. 1 tbspflour
  15. 1egg
  16. Gravy
  17. 1 tbspoil
  18. 2garlic clove minced
  19. 1 tspvinegar
  20. 1/4 cupketchup
  21. 1/4 cuptomato paste
  22. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  23. 1 tbspsugar
  24. 1 tspsoya sauce
  25. 1/2 tspsalt
  26. Slurry
  27. 2 tbspcornflour
  28. 2 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with mentioned ingredients for least 1/2 hour & maximum 3-4 hours. Longer marination gives better result.beat 1 egg & add 1/2 of the beaten egg in marinade.rest 1/2 can be used in egg fried rice later

    Diced onion,capsicum, tomato. Remove tomato pulp & make paste.I use hard skin cubes of tomato as vegetable.and tomato pulp is used in gravy as paste

    After marination,deep fry chicken till golden colour and keep aside.take 1 tsp oil in pan & stirfry vegies at high flame for minute or two only.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in pot add finely minced garluc,fry.add all gravy ingredients,give a boil to mix up well.make slurry & add in gravy. Cook with stirring till gravy thickens.add fried chicken.let it simmer for 5 min to get mixed up well in gravy.lastly add vegies

    Serve hot with egg fried rice or any fried rice & enjoy
