  1. Halfpacket sphagetti/noodles
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1/2 cupcabbage
  4. 1capsicum
  5. 1/4 cupspring onion
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspblack pepper
  8. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  9. 1 tspchicken powder
  10. 1 tbspvinegar
  11. 2 tbspchilli sauce
  12. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  13. 1/2 cupflour
  14. 1egg
  15. 2,3 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Boil sphagetti/ noodle for 5 min.. drain n set a side

    Crushed cabbage n caroot with cheese cutter..

    Julienne cut capsicum..

  4. 4

    Chopped spring onion..

    In a bowl add sphagetti, all veggies..

  6. 6

    Then add all seasoning: salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and chicken powder..

    Along with vinegar, chilli sauce, egg, corn flour & flour..

  8. 8

    Mix well add water if needed..

    Deep fry for 2 min each side..

  10. 10

    Golden brown it.. do not over fry

  11. 11

    Serve with chilli garlic sauce
