  1. 500 gmMutton
  2. 2Medium Onion
  3. 250 gmYoghurt
  4. 1Medium Tomato
  5. 1 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  6. Salt to Taste
  7. 1 tspCumin powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspsaunf
  10. 1/4 tspkalongi
  11. 1/4 tspmethi dana
  12. 1/4 tspAjwayen
  13. 1/4 tspRaye
  14. Oil for cooking
  15. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  16. 3-4Green chillies
  17. 1-2 tspLemon juice

    Grind kalongi,methi dana, ajwayen & Raye make powder
    Save for later

    Put oil in a pot n fry onion until transparent n add ginger garlic paste and mutton.Fry until water dries

    Make paste of yoghurt and tomato and add into pot

  4. 4

    Add all spices in mutton nw stir well

  5. 5

    Cover the pot

  6. 6

    Cut green chillies from centre and add after 15 mins

  7. 7

    Add water if needed

  8. 8

    Add lemon juice when mutton well cook.

  9. 9

    Garnish with ginger and kalongi. Now serve it with Chapati

  10. 10

    You can also replace mutton with chicken
