  1. 1 wholeChicken cut into leg and thigh pieces or regular pieces
  2. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspblack powder
  4. 2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  8. 2 tbspvinegar
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. 1 tbsp green chili powder
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. 1 tbspKashmiri mirch powder
  14. 1 tspwhite pepper powder
  15. 2 tbspcream
  16. 2 tbspyogurt
  17. 1 tsp chicken powder
  18. 1 tsp onion powder
  19. 1 tbspginger garlic paste (fresh)

    Add horizontal cut on your chicken pieces to make sure all the marination go right in.

    In a bowl and mix all the remaining listed ingredient to make your marinate.

    In a flat dish, add all your chicken pieces and rub the marinade generously on all of them. Make sure you cover all cuts and edges.

    Cover the chicken or refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

  5. 5

    Take out the chicken 20 to 30 minutes before cooking and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30 to 40 minutes
