Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspnoil
  2. 1 tsp.mustard seeds
  3. 1 tsp chana dal
  4. 2 tbspnPeanuts
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1/2 cupgrated raw mango
  7. 2dreid red chillies
  8. SomeCurry Leaves
  9. 1/2 tsp.turmeric powder
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. As required Cooked rice
  12. As RequiredCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil. Once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, peanuts and cook it until the dal and peanuts turn slightly brown.

    Then add green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, raw mango and sautee it for about a min.

  3. 3

    Then add cooked rice and give it a mix. Finally, add salt as per the taste and give a gentle mix

  4. 4

    Then garnish it with some chopped coriander and mix it.

  5. 5

    Your Raw Mango rice is ready.
