Cooking Instructions

For preparing batter : wash and soak rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 6-7 hours.

After 6-7 hours blend it in mixture blender. Meanwhile add thick poha in it and blend it. Take rest the dosa batter for 7-8 hours for fermentation.

For preparing aloo bhaji : heat oil in the pan and add oil, asafoetida, mustard seed, cumin seeds, curry leaves and saute it well. Before adding chana dal and urad dal soak it for 2-3 hours and after that add it & stir well.

Further add chopped onion and ginger and saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Nextly, add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, lemon juice and sugar (optional). And combine well. & Topping it with green coriander leaves.

For preparing chutney : heat the oil in pan and add chana dal and roast it for 3 minutes. After that add onion, garlic and ginger and roast it.

Furthermore add turmeric and red chilli powder and mix well. And keep aside for cooling down.

Once it is comes in room temperature then add mixture in blender and add salt, water and blend it.

For preparing dosa : take a dosa batter and add salt and sugar and combine well the batter.

Next, heat the gribble and pour dosa. And apply butter and chutney on it.

After 1 minute add aloo bhaji filling in it.roast it for 30 seconds and fold the dosa.

Now dosa is ready. Serve it with coconut chutney and sambhar.
