Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tablespoonpaprika
  2. I tablespoon of turmeric
  3. 2 tablespoonsoysauce
  4. I/2tablespoon of salt
  5. 2 tablespoonyogurt (plain)/milk
  6. Enough ginger/ garlic paste
  7. 1/2 tablespoonfood colour(orange)
  8. 1/2 tablespoonlemon juice
  9. I full chicken
  10. 1/2 tablespoonolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl,whisk together yogurt,Lemon juice garlic,ginger,turmeric, paprika,olive oil, soy sauce, Food colour.season with salt..Then add the chicken and toss until fully coated..let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

    When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line in a baking sheet, bake chicken For 40minutes while turning it until fully cooked

    Serve it hot with rice/ugali/fried potatoes and some vegetables of your choice
