  1. 2 cupsHung Curd
  2. 1 cupMango pulp
  3. 1/4 cupPowdered Sugar
  4. 2 tbspSaffron milk
  5. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  6. 1 tbspAlmonds (chopped)
  7. 1 tbspPistachios (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, firstly take Thick curd also known as Hung Curd. Whisk it continuously untill smooth and creamy.

    Then add Mango pulp, Powdered Sugar and 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder. Mix it all together.

    Further add Saffron milk. To make Saffron milk, soak few strands of Saffron in 2 tbsp Warm milk.

    Mix it well and make sure the sugar has dissolved completely.

    Add chopped Almonds and Pistachios.

  6. 6

    Mix gently and refrigerate for 30 mins.

  7. 7

    Our Delicious Mango Shrikhand is ready. Serve chilled! 😋✨
