  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 2 tbspgram flour (besan)
  3. 1 tspturmeric
  4. 1 tbspgreen chili ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  6. 1/2 tspmuster seeds
  7. 1/2cumin seeds
  8. 2cloves
  9. 2 cupwater
  10. To taste salt
  11. 1bay leaf
  12. 2 tspghee
  13. 1dry red chilli
  14. 7curry leaves
  15. 1 tbspsugar
  16. 1 tbspchopped green garlic & coriander
  17. For pakora
  18. 2/3 cup besan flour
  19. 2chopped onion
  20. 1 tspgreen chili ginger garlic paste
  21. 1/2 tspturmeric
  22. 1 tspcarom seeds
  23. 2 tspwarm oil
  24. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  25. As required water
  26. 2 tbspchopped spinach leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Together all ingredients,in a bowl add curd & besan whisk till smooth,add water stir well,make a mixture without lumps.

    Add curry leaves in mixture,in a pan add ghee heat it,add muster seeds crackle add cumin seeds,cloves,bay leaf,cardamom,sauté for 30 seconds.add in a kadhi mixture. Add salt,turmeric,sugar,green chili ginger garlic paste,mix well.cook kadhi mixture 15 minutes on low flame.After 15 minutes off the flame.Close the lid.

    For pakora add gram flour in a bowl,add chopped onion,salt, turmeric,carom seeds,asafoetida,chopped spinach leaves,green chili ginger garlic paste,& required water mix everything well.make a thick batter.

    Grease appam pan with oil,pour batter mixture with the help of spoon 🥄,after 3 minutes check,cook until golden brown flip it.

    Cook until golden brown both sides.Tasty without fry pakora is ready.Test is yummy.add some pakora in hot kadhi.serve hot with masala rice & paratha.
