Ingredients

8-10 minutes
10-12 people
  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 3/4sugar
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 cupbutter/malai 😋
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. 4-5 tbspmilk
  8. 3 tbspcocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Grease a microwave safe cake dish

    Sieve flour,cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl

  3. 3

    Beat curd, butter and sugar, till fluffy and creamy. Mix sieved flour mixture with the beaten sugar mixture. Add milk and mix it gradually.

    Pour cake batter in the greased microwave safe cake dish. Microwave for 7-8 minutes at 60%power. Then microwave at then microwave at 100% for 1-2 minutes

    Cool for 10 minutes.garnish with your favourite icing.

    Garnish with whip cream and small chocolate peace, choco chips 🎂🎂😋😋
