Ingredients

  1. For the kebabs-
  2. 250 gMalai paneer
  3. 1/4 cupGrated cheddar cheese/ processed cheese
  4. 2 tspgrated cheese
  5. 1 tspchopped green chillies
  6. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  7. as per tasteBlack salt,
  8. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  9. 1/4 cupcrushed California walnuts
  10. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  11. 1/4 cupfried onions/ birista
  12. to tasteSalt,
  13. 2 tbspHung curd/ cream cheese
  14. Others-
  15. 1 cupRoasted and Crushed papad, for coating
  16. As requiredRoasted besan, optional
  17. 1 tbspmaida, mixed with water and made into a slurry (it shouldn’t be too thick or too runny)
  18. As requiredOil, to cook the kebabs
  19. as needed Cherry tomatoes, pomegranate arils, cucumber ribbons and crushed walnuts, for garnish
  20. as requiredCoriander-mint chutney, to serve

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, add in all the kebab ingredients and mix well and form a soft dough. If the mixture feels sticky add in some roasted besan to it.

    Divide the mixture and shape into kebabs. Refrigerate them for 5 minutes.

    Remove, dip into slurry with the help of a fork and coat evenly with the crushed papad.

    Now, heat a non-stick pan and cook the kebabs on a medium flame using some oil until nice golden brown from both sides.

    5. Remove, garnish and serve hot. Enjoy!
