  1. 250 gmjackfruit(kathal)boiled
  2. 2potatoes boiled
  3. 5onions
  4. 3tomatoes
  5. 1/2 cup curd
  6. 8garlic cloves
  7. 3 cupwater
  8. masalas-
  9. 4tspcoriander powder,
  10. 2tsp garam masala,
  11. 2tsp red chilli powder,
  12. 2tsp turmeric powder,
  13. 2tsp cumin powder
  14. as requiredmustard oil for defrying
  15. 2 tspoil for cooking
  16. 6 tspgram flour
  17. As per taste salt

    Firstly take a bowl add boiled jackfruits and potatoes.....mash them with the masher add masalas on it

    1tsp coriander powder,1tsp red chilli powder,1tsp garam masala,1tsp turmeric powder

    5tsp gram flour mix it well and add salt...make a desired balls

    Set in a refrigerator for about 15min

    Meanwhile take a grinder add 5onions,8garlic cloves....grind it make a paste...pour in a bowl

    In a same grinder add tomatoes,masalas 2tsp corander powder,1tsp red chilli powder,1tsp turmeric powder,1tsp cumin powder

    And add half cup of curd...grind it...pour in a bowl

    Heat a kadhai add oil for derfrying....take off the koftas from refrigerator and defry them in a meduim low flame

    Heat another kadhai for cooking add 2tsp mustard oil...add onion,garlic puree cook for a while

    Then add tomatoes,curd,masalas mixer,add some salt according to taste close the lid and cookfor a while....after 15min open the lid add 2cup of water

    Let them boil then add defried koftas..
    cook for a while....add some dried kasuri methi....cook for more min
