Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupgreen moong daal
  3. 1/4Chana daal
  4. as needed ghee
  5. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/8 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tlemon juice
  9. as required Salt as par required
  10. as required Coriander leaves
  11. 1/4 cupcumin seed
  12. 1/2 cuptoor daal
  13. 2 cupwater
  14. 1/4 cupUrad daal

Cooking Instructions

    Take a glass bowl add wheat flour with rava,salt,ghee.
    With hotwater using hand make a dough.

    Then heat a gas tandoor and roast the dough ball with low flame for some time.

    Now prepare the daal.
    Wash all daal together and add 1 cup of water and pinch of turmeric powder. Pressure cook the daal till 2 whistle. After cook remove the daal.

    Put ghee in a pan on medium flame.add the cumin seed,all spices,ginger,onion some water and fry all item then add mix daal in the pan.add the remaining water stir well. Bring it to a boil.
    Then add lemon juice in it.

    Now our daal and baati ready for garnished.
    Take a plate daal garnished for chopped coriander leavs.
    Then ready to serve hot and fresh.
