Cooking Instructions

Take a glass bowl add wheat flour with rava,salt,ghee.
With hotwater using hand make a dough. - 2
Then heat a gas tandoor and roast the dough ball with low flame for some time.

Now prepare the daal.
Wash all daal together and add 1 cup of water and pinch of turmeric powder. Pressure cook the daal till 2 whistle. After cook remove the daal. - 4
Put ghee in a pan on medium flame.add the cumin seed,all spices,ginger,onion some water and fry all item then add mix daal in the pan.add the remaining water stir well. Bring it to a boil.
Then add lemon juice in it. - 5
Now our daal and baati ready for garnished.
Take a plate daal garnished for chopped coriander leavs.
Then ready to serve hot and fresh.

There are multiple ways to make this dal, each one a little bit varied than the other. Only thing constant in this is the seasoning of garlic!.Today morning while making lunch for hubby, I wanted to make a dal to go with steamed rice and realised that there was only one sad looking tomato left in the basket which wouldn't be sufficient.
