Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhite peas(soaked over night)
  2. 1big onion
  3. 1 tspwhole coriander
  4. 3red chillies
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 2green chilles
  7. 1 cupchopped coriander
  8. as for tasteRock salt
  9. 1/2 tspChat masala
  10. 1/2 cupbareekh sev
  11. 8-9small crispy puries
  12. 1/2 cupmint chutney
  13. 1/2 cuptamarind sweet n sour chutney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil peas with salt for few whistles

  2. 2

    Now dry roast all the above-mentioned spices n grind them in powder form

  3. 3

    Now mash the boiled peas

  4. 4

    Take a plate put a ladle full peas in it, add some grinded spices in it then add both the chutneys,crush some puries in it, some chopped onions, coriander, chopped green chillies, n finally barely sev in it

    The tangy spicy,tasty n healthy chaat is ready enjoy.
