উপাদানগুলি

1 & 1/2 hour(if your cold beef prepared before)

  1. 250gm beef chunk
  2. 1/2teaspoon Salt
  3. 1/2teaspoon Black pepper
  4. 1tablespoon garlic ginger paste
  5. 2teaspoon of Oyster sauce
  6. 1teaspoon of soya sauce
  7. 3tablespoon of Butter
  8. 1tablespoon of chilli flakes
  9. Coriander
  10. Oregano

রান্নার নির্দেশ

1 & 1/2 hour(if your cold beef prepared before)

    Cold beef:
    (3/4 days before serving, prepare cold beef and keep it in the fridge)
    In a bowl stir together all the ingredients. Spread the paste all over the meat. Marinated the beef for 2 hours then refrigerate for 2/3 days in a box.

    Then boiled the marinated beef in a pan with 1.5 cup water in low flame for 45 mins. when water become like gravy add 1 tbsp of butter top of the beef wait till melt then spread the gravy all over the beef on low heat for 7 minutes.

    Then rest the beef chunk for an hour. Refrigerate for 3/4 hours.
    Cut the beef in a 1 inch thicker. Grilled beef slices with butter.

    Sauté vegetables:
    Take your favourite vegetables. Boiled the vegetables with salt until tender. In a pan put some oil the add crushed garlic when it becomes brown add the boil vegetables. Add salt & peppers. Cook for 4 mins.

    Potato wedges:
    Boil 2 large potato without skin. When it is half cook then drain the water cool it for 10/15 min. Then cut potato in half, and slice into wedges.
    In a pan take 1 tablespoon of butter add some coriander & dry oregano add the wedges, salt and pepper cooked for 5 minutes. Set the wedges aside.

    Garlic Mushrooms:
    In a pan heat some butter again then add garlic & saute garlic until it become brown and smells good. Then add 1 tbsps of chilli flakes, And the 5 sliced mushrooms. Then add salt & pepper & a tablespoon of oyster sauce cook for 4 minutes then set the mushrooms aside.

    Served in a large plates with your favourite hot & sour sauce with mayonnaise & soya sauce
