Marinate the chicken in ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, oil and salt.Make sure you marinate it for at least an hour.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.5.Thread the chicken cubes in the soaked skewers and set aside.Heat a non-stick pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken skewers.

Let it cook till it evenly brown. Repeat the method by flipping the skewers. The chicken boti kebab is ready! Serve the boti kebab with onion rings and pudina chutney and you’ll have a party on a plate.
