At first boil basmati rice. Chop carrot, spring onion, green chilli, cabbage, onion.

Cut chicken breast in to small pieces. And marinate with garlic-ginger paste and black pepper. Then sauté in oil for 3-4 min.

Then scramble the eggs

Heat butter and add oil. Then sauté onion and spring onion for 2-3 min then add cabbage, green chilli and carrot and sauté them for 3-4 minutes. Then add soya sauce, egg and chicken. Stir for 1 min.

Add basmati rice. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Stir for 2 min. You can serve it with curry.
