Ingredients

  1. 100 gms paneer crushed
  2. 3 small sizedboiled potatoes
  3. As requiredBread crumbs of four bread
  4. As requiredAll masalas
  5. 1/2 tbsphaldi powder
  6. 1/2 tbspzeera golki powder
  7. 1/2 tbspchilli powder
  8. 1/2 tbspdhaniya powder
  9. 1/2 Tbspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tbspsalt
  11. 50 gmspieces kismis
  12. 100 mloil
  13. 1 tbspghee
  14. 1finely chopped onion medium size
  15. 2roughly chopped tomatoes medium size
  16. 10-12pieces kaju
  17. 1 bowldahi wali malai
  18. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  19. 1 bowlwater
  20. 1 litres milk cream for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all the Ingredients

    Take three boiled medium-size potatoes and mash them.

  3. 3

    Then add crushed paneer. Then bread crumbs and then all masalas 1/4 spoons and salt.

    Make a dough from all and rest it for 10 min till then make a paste of tomato, Kaju and Dahi wali malai.

    Take a little dough and make a ball and fill a kismis inside.

    Make all balls in the same way and deep fry them.

    Now in leftover oil we will make gravy. First fry finely chopped onions then add kismis and then Ginger garlic paste. Fry them all well then add all masalas and salt 1/4spoons each. Then add the paste we make from tomatoes Kaju and Dahi wali malai.

    Cook the gravy well till oil comes asides. Now add one bowl of water. Then cover and cook for 2 mins. Then add one tbsp ghee.

    All is done paneer k kofte and gravy is ready. Now take kofte on a plate and pour gravy on it. Then pour a little milk cream to garnish. So soft and delicious paneer k kofte is ready to eat. Enjoy.
