A classic Breakfast dish from our beautiful Country. This particular one is so popular that everybody knows it. And whichever part of India they belong to, this dish is known to all. There is no doubt about that.
In this particular version of Bhature, I have used both Wheat Flour and All-Purpose Flour. Both these Flours have gone into making these beautiful looking puffed up and melt in mouth Bhature along with Chole.

That's it. As simple as that. Delicious and soft Bhature and the Masala Chole in no time at all. The rest of the ingredients remains the same. Nothing much fancy was added. Nothing complicated at all. Relish them for Breakfast or Dinner or even for a Brunch on a lazy weekend. You are gonna like this for sure.
