Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBasmati rice (1 hour pehly bhigo dein)
  2. 1 kgBeef
  3. 250 gmDahi
  4. 5-6Onion (Slices)
  5. 2tblspn Ginger Garlic paste
  6. 1teaspn Haldi powder
  7. 2tblspn Dhaniya powder
  8. 1tblspn Red Chilli flakes
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. 5Tomatoes
  11. halfDhaniya
  12. HalfPodina
  13. 6-8Green chillies
  14. 2tblspn mix Sabit garam masala
  15. 150 mlOil/ Ghee
  16. 1 packetShan Biryani Masala
  17. Halfteaspn Jaifal, jawetri & Green Elaichi powder
  18. 1tblspn garam masala powder
  19. 2tblspn kewra essence
  20. 2 pinchzardy ka rang
  21. 2lemon 🍋

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Oil garam Kar k mix sabit garam masala add kijye.

    Then slice ki Hui onion add kijye.

    Onion ko light golden brown kar lijye.

    Beef ko achi trhan wash Kar k brown ki Hui onion Mein add kijye, are achi trhan bhun Lein.

    Beef bhun jae to us Mein Ginger Garlic paste & 3 moti wali green chillies cut kar k add kijye,

    Are achi trhan bhunen, k smell khtm hojae

    Gosht bhun jae to us Mein Tomatoes cut kar k add kijye. Are 2 mint high flame py bhunen.

    Then gosht galny k hisab sy water add kijye,
    Mne 3 glass water add Kia tha.
    Are cover kar k normal flame py pkaen.

    Gosht taqreebn 80% gal jae to us Mein podina cut kar k add Kar dijye. Are wapis cover kar k pakny dein

    Dahi mein red chilli flakes, salt, dhaniya powder, Jaifal, jawetri & Green Elaichi powder achi trhan mix Kar lein

    Jab Gosht 95% to gal jae to usmn dahi Wala batter add Kar k mix kijye,
    Are 2 sy 3 mints bhunen, are gosht Puri tarhan galny tak pkaen.

    Jab Gosht bilkul gal jae to Shan Biryani Masala add Kar k mix kijye.
    Are 5 mint k lie cover kar k dm wali anch py rakhen.

    Rice ko 1 hour pehly sy bhigo dein,

    Ek barhy patily Mein rice k hisab sy Pani boil kijye,
    Are us Mein 3-4 cloves, 8-10 black pepper, 1 spn zeera, few leaves Mint & lemon k slices add Kar dijye.
    Pani boil hojae to rice add kijye

    Jab rice 1 Kani baqi reh jaen to chalny Mein nithaar Lein.

    Then biryani ki trh lgaen, hr the Mein garam masala powder, chopped hara Dhaniya, chopped podina sprinkle kijye, are last mein Kewrha essence Mein zardy ka rang add Kar dalen, are upar lemon Slices, green chillies, podina are garam masala powder add Kar k cover kar dein, are 15 sy 20 mint k lie dam py rakh dein,
