Ingredients

  1. 1 kgminced meat
  2. 3large onions & 10scotcbonnets
  3. 3large carrots, green bean & green pepper
  4. Mixed spices & curry
  5. Ginger powder
  6. Fresh garlic
  7. 1/2 tbspnsalt
  8. 5seasoning cubes
  9. 1/2 cupVegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Add water, salt, seasoning cubes,ginger powder, peel the fresh garlic, ginger & add, add one & half of the sliced onion, cook the minced mince & mesh it. Grate the scotchbonnet & onion, chop the carrots, green beans & green pepper. Add the carrot for 2mins so that it gets soft.

    Add it all in a pan with the oil & fry, add the mixed spices & curry, then add the minced meat, keep frying until it's about to become meat floss.
