Ingredients

temple : 30 servings
  1. 1 cup 200 gramBig semolina -
  2. 1 cup 200 gramSugar -
  3. 1 Cup 200 gramGhee -
  4. 2 cup 400 gramMilk -
  5. 2Banana - medium size
  6. 30 gramDry fruit mix -
  7. 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder -

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the kadai and roast the semolina (Rava) for 3 minutes.

    After that we have to add the banana into a small small pieces. and after that we have to add dry fruits also into small pieces. Then we have to roast it for 2 minutes in medium heat.

    And after 2 minutes we have to add hot milk. And then we have to close the lead of the kadai for 1 minute.

    After a 1 minute we have to add sugar and elaichi powder and mix well for 1 minute. Our prasadacha sheera is ready...
