Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrava / semolina
  • 2 cupboiled milk
  • 1 spoonelaichi powder / cardamom
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 1 bowlmango small chopped piece
  • as per your choiceDry fruits
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan heat ghee
    -Add Rava in it and roast it for some time
    -Add chopped mango and dry fruits
    -Mix well there should be no lumps in it
    -Add boiling milk to rava in batches. Mix well

    Add sugar and again mix well.
    -Cover with lid and cook mango sheera for 5 min.
    -Garnish with dry fruits.
