Christmas Cake for Babies

I made a Christmas cake that is made with ingredients that my 1 year old son can eat.
Cooking time may need to be adjusted depending on the size of your baking cups, or the amount of batter put in the cups. Check the batter after steaming for 10 minutes and adjust the time if necessary.
1 bag of pancake mix (200 g) makes about 8-10 buns. Leftovers can be frozen and saved for snacks later. Recipe by Banyangarden

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare it the day before yogurt cream.
- 2
Place a colander in a bowl and line the colander with a paper towel.
- 3
Scoop the desired amount of yogurt onto the paper towel, cover it with plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator.
- 4
The liquid from the yogurt will drain over night and the yogurt will turn into a heavy cream like cream.
- 5
Preheat the steamer. Mash the banana finely with a fork.
- 6
Beat the egg in a bowl and stir in the milk.
- 7
Add the pancake mix to the bowl, add the mashed banana, and mix it together.
- 8
Fill the muffin cups 60-70% full with the batter.
- 9
Place the muffin cups in the prepared steamer. Steam them for 10-15 minutes. Insert a bamboo skewer at the center and if it comes out clean, it is done cooking.
- 10
For decoration Put the yogurt cream in a small serving bowl.
- 11
Place the steamed banana bread on the yogurt cream.
- 12
Top the steamed bread with some of the remaining yogurt cream. It will look beautiful if you use a piping bag to decorate the top!
- 13
Garnish with your favorite fruit and other decorating accessories suitable for the event, such as Christmas or a birthday, for the finishing touch!
- 14
If you have not introduced regular milk to your child, use baby formula instead. Please do not forget to take off all the decorations before letting your child eat the cake.

Roll Cake for Babies Roll Cake for Babies
I made this simple cake because I thought it is too early to give my baby a regular cake. It is not that sweet. It is not something delicious since it is for babies, but I wanted to keep this recipe as a commemoration. It is easy to sift the flour using a tea strainer. The crepe will be moist if you rest the batter. Please decorate the cake as you like, since I am not so good at it.Please adjust the sweetness as you like too. You can arrange it by garnishing with fruits or adding rum for adults. Recipe by Vegiko cookpad.japan -

Christmas Tree Cake Christmas Tree Cake
I thought of this so that I could brighten up the table at a Christmas party. You can cut it into enough pieces for everyone, or everyone can eat it with a spoons... It's a very convenient cake.*First decide if you will be able to fit a cake of this height in the refrigerator for cooling. Putting the leftover ingredients into a glass container is a cute idea. For the Chiffon Spongecake, I used "Yosshii's" recipe "Chocolat Blanc Noel". I left out the chocolate... And added 3 eggs, 60 g granulated sugar, 60 g cake flour, 15 g butter, and 20 ml milk to make it a very moist and delicious spongecake. Recipe by Ranpuai cookpad.japan -

Christmas Tree Christmas Cakes Christmas Tree Christmas Cakes
I wanted to make a cupcake version of the tree cake in. It's common to use a butter cream to decorate cupcakes, but I don't really like the taste. So, I tried making a cheese cream and it was super delicious!Be careful not to whip the heavy cream too much or it will become hard and difficult to mix when you add the lemon juice. When the cream gets to the ribbon stage, add the cream cheese, but if making the matcha version, add the cream cheese when it gets to the soft peaks stage. It's easy to make if you use 200 ml of heavy cream and 50 g of sugar whipped until the ribbon stage, then divide it in half. Egg and Dairy Free Vegetable "Birthday Cake" For Babies Egg and Dairy Free Vegetable "Birthday Cake" For Babies
This is a cake I made for my son, who is allergic to eggs. Dairy is not allowed yet either, so I was wondering what I could use and thought of mashed potatoes! The mashed potato should be on the loose side. It burns easily because of the coffee creamer powder in it, so cook it carefully. Flake the salmon while the potato is cooking. Recipe by Hidarikiki no tomosan cookpad.japan -
A Simple Christmas Cake (that even Santa will love) A Simple Christmas Cake (that even Santa will love)
I wanted to make something a bit lighter than a regular cake, so I made this using pancakes and simple items from the 100 yen shop. It looks like it has snow, so it's very Christmas-like.The key is to make the pancakes thicker than usually. If you use a store-bought mix of about 150 g, it will make 3 pancakes. You can also use store-bought sponge cake. I used frozen blueberries. If you eat this the day after, the pancakes are even more moist and delicious. Recipe by vegeful cookpad.japan -

Blue Cake!! (Baby Shower 👶🏻🩵) Blue Cake!! (Baby Shower 👶🏻🩵)
Finally Friday! If any of you have a baby shower this weekend—or just want to surprise a friend or family member who’s expecting—here’s the cake I made for my boss for the baby shower we threw at work.He was having a boy, so I made it blue, but you can totally switch it to pink if it’s for a girl 🎀.And if there’s no baby shower at all, no problem—you can still make it! Just use dark, milk, or white chocolate instead of the blue chocolate I used here.I’m not usually a big fan of artificial-looking stuff, but honestly, it turned out super cute and tasted amazing!I even bought those little sugar baby toppers and somehow got the frosting color to match almost perfectly.I didn’t get a “Pinterest-worthy” photo because I was in a rush to surprise him, but the important thing is how it turned out 😉Want to know how I made it?
