  3. 1/4 teaspoonajwain seeds
  4. as neededWater
  5. For stuffing
  6. 2boiled potatoes
  7. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonSaunf
  9. 1/8 tspAmchoor powder
  10. 1chopped onion
  11. as per taste Salt
  12. as per need Ghee

    First take wheat flour ajwain seeds and salt make a dough with the help of water.

    Now boil the potatoes and mashed with hands add red chilli powder, salt and chopped onion and make stuffing.

    North heath the tawa

    Take a small ball size dough. And rolled with the dust of wheat flour.

    Take one phone stuffing of potato and stuff in the centre of rolled potatoes

    Now make a potli then again rolled with the dust of wheat flour.

  7. 7

    Now cook with the help of ghee /butter.

  8. 8

    When it comes turn brown then served with butter.
