Ingredients

  1. For frying
  2. 4 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 kgcouliflower chopped into small pieces
  4. 4potatoes chopped into small cubes
  5. For tadka
  6. 2 tspoil
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 3onions finely chopped
  9. 7garlic cloves finely chopped
  10. 1 inchginger finely chopped
  11. 3tomatoea finely chopped
  12. 3green chillies finely chopped
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 1 tspdeggi mirch powder
  15. 1 tspGaram masala
  16. 1 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  18. 1 tspdry mango powder
  19. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  20. 1 tspcoriander powder
  21. 1 tbspkasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a large pan. Heat 3 tbsp oil. When oil becomes hot then add gobhi pieces and fry until they turns. Brown
    Now add potatoes and fried till potatoes turns golden brown

    , in a large kadai, heat 3 tsp oil and saute add 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp kasuri methi until they turn aromatic.

    Add 3 onion and saute well.
    now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chilli and saute for a minute.

    Keeping the flame on low add all spices.mix very well

    Saute on low flame, until the spices turn aromatic.
    Now add 3 chopped tomato and saute until tomatoes turn soft.

    Now add fried aloo and gobhi.
    mix gently without breaking them.

    Now add ½ tsp aamchur, ¼ tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. mix well.

    Finally, aloo gobhi recipe is ready to serve with roti or naan
