Ingredients

  1. 2Boiled Potatoes
  2. 4Multigrain bread Slice
  3. 2 tbsp.Boiled peas
  4. 1 .Onion Slice
  5. 4 tbsp.Coriander Chutney
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbsp.Oil
  8. 1/4 tsp.Mustard seeds
  9. 1/4 tsp.Cumin seeds
  10. Pinchturmeric powder
  11. 1 tbsp.Ginger chilli garlic paste
  12. 1green chilli chopped
  13. as requiredFew curry leaves
  14. 1/8 tsp.Asofoetida
  15. 1 tsp.Sugar
  16. 1 tsp.Lemon juice
  17. 1/4 tsp.Garam masala
  18. As requiredChaat masala to sprinkle
  19. 1 tsp.Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Boil peel and mashed potatoes with fingers.

    Heat oil in a pan. Tempered mustard seeds cumin seeds. Add asofoetida curry leaves chopped green chilli and chilli ginger garlic paste. Saute for a min. Add turmeric powder boiled peas and mashed potatoes. Now add garam masala lemon juice and sugar. Mix properly. Turn off flame.Lastly add chopped coriander. Mix well.

    Apply butter on a bread one side.and Coriander Chutney on another Side.
    Place it in a griller.
    Spread potatoes mixture. Onion slices. Sprinkle chaat masala and cover with another chutney bread. Apply butter on a top side. Grill on a slow flame both sides.

    Tasty Crispy Grilled Potatoes Sandwich is ready to Serve. Serve with Chutney and Ketchup.
