Heat two spoons oil. Add coriander, curry leaves,salt, turmeric, boiled peeled and mashed potato

Grind half cup each pudina, coriander, three green chillies, salt, kopra powder, small ginger piece. Add juice of one lemon

Spread butter on bread slices and then green chutney. Spread potato stuffing, sprinkle chopped veggies, keep one cheese slice on the other

Close and bake on a tava or electric toaster till golden
- 5
Serve hot with tomato sauce
