Cooking Instructions

Turn oven to 180 oC (350 oF).Grease well a 20cm ring tin.

Dust all over the inside of tin with a little flour.

Gently melt butter in a big pan. Don't let it boil.

Take off heat and add sugar, egg + vanilla.

Beat it well with a wooden spoon until smooth.

Sift in flour.Don't stir it yet !

Add milk + mashed banana. Stir until just mixed.

Spread evenly in tin.Bake for 30 minutes. Ice cake when cold.
